About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning education
Based on article 294 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in paragraph five of item 4 of the Procedure for calculation of terms of length of service for purpose of pensions to workers of the aircrew approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 1992 No. 758 "About conditions of purpose of pensions to separate employee categories of aircraft and flight-test structure" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 35, Art. 644; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 202, 5/24298), words", providing the higher education," shall be replaced with words "higher education";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 36, Art. 660; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 5/24206; 2009, No. 83, 5/29526):
