1. Bring in the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 N 1909 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 51, the Art. 2683) and of December 17, 2003 N 1958 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, N 51, Art. 2699; 2005, N 37, Art. 2309, N 38, Art. 2367, N 49, Art. 3067; 2006, N 15, Art. 1106, N 18, Art. 1334; 2010, N 90, the Art. 3179), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 N 1909 and of December 17, 2003 N 1958

1. According to the procedure of customs control and customs clearance of the electric power which moves through customs border of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 N 1909:

in Items 5 and 6 of the word "or in other customs authorities in coordination with this customs" to exclude;

the words "Central Energy Customs" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the customs authority determined by State Customs Service" in the corresponding case.
