the list of Items in which customs control over movement of the electric power through customs border of Ukraine is exercised.

2. To the State Customs Service, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy to bring after entry into force of this resolution own regulations into compliance with this resolution in a month.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 1999 N 1459 "About approval of the list of Items of control in which the customs clearance of the electric power which moves through customs border of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, N 32, of the Art. 1675) is performed.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
