About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 461) the following changes:
1. In all text of the Law:
the words "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of registration of the population" in the corresponding cases.
2. In Articles 2, of 3, of 6, speak rapidly 2 Articles 7, Articles 10, of 11, of 14, of part 2 of Article 30 of the word "interstate agreements" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "the international agreements which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic" in the corresponding cases;

3. Regarding 3rd Article 22 of the word "Ministries of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of defense".
4. In Item 3 of Article 23 of the word "interstate agreements" shall be replaced with words "international treaties".
5. The fourth to state the paragraph to part 1 of Article 27 in the following edition:
"authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of foreign policy activities;".
6. In Article 30:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 30. Powers of authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of foreign policy activities, diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Kyrgyz Republic";
