About modification of the Procedure for provision of pledge or the equivalent guarantee on expense recovery connected with actions of customs authorities of Ukraine for assistance to protection of intellectual property rights

According to provisions of Articles 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of ensuring simplification of the procedure of registration of objects of intellectual property right in the customs register I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of pledge or the equivalent guarantee on expense recovery connected with actions of customs authorities of Ukraine for assistance to the protection of intellectual property rights (further - the Procedure) approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 20.06.2007 of N 520, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 12.07.2007 for N 799/14066, such changes:

1.1. In the Section III:

1.1.1. In Item "5000" to replace 3.1 figures with figures of "1000".

1.1.2. Exclude Item 3.2.

With respect thereto Items 3. 3.4 to consider 3, respectively by Items 3. 2, 3.3.

1.1.3. In Item 3.3:

add paragraph two with the offer of such content: "Renewal of the warranty amount is performed taking into account the currency (exchange) euro exchange rate operating for date of accomplishment of such transaction";

in paragraph three "owner" to exclude the word.

1.1.4. Add the Section with new Item 3.4 of such content:
