About organizational matters of construction of the main railroads in the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Transfer to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company.

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

introduce the draft decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about approval of the Charter of the state company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take measures to attracting investors for designing and financing of construction of the main railroads in the Kyrgyz Republic.
