RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

of January 7, 2011 No. 6

For the purpose of streamlining of implementation of individual business activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the List of types of activity in which individual entrepreneurs, according to appendix No. 1 can be engaged.

The individual entrepreneurs performing these types of activity have the right to hire workers according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

2. Determine that since April 1, 2011 physical persons cannot perform the types of activity which are not included in the List approved by this resolution.

3. It is strict to centers of the state services to be guided by the List approved by this resolution in case of state registration of individual entrepreneurs on types of activity.

4. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the analysis of activities of individual entrepreneurs, if necessary to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on expansion or exception of types of activity of the List approved by this resolution.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

6. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments in a month:

make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution;

bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
