About establishment of surcharge to increase in pension to members of families of the dead (missing of bezvesta) of persons specified in Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish since July 1, 2011 to members of families of the dead (missing of bezvesta) of persons specified in Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", the surcharge to increase established to pension or monthly perpetual monetary pay or the government public assistance paid instead of pension according to part four of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" in order that the amount of the specified increase constituted 36 percent of subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity.

2. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine financing of the surcharge established by this resolution at the expense of the means provided by the budget program 2506020 "The grant for pension payment, allowances and increases to the pensions granted according to different pension plans".

3. To provide to the ministry of social policy and the Pension fund of Ukraine timely charge and payment of the surcharge established by this resolution since July, 2011.
