1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35, Art. 289; 2002, No. 41, Art. 293; 2003, No. 7, Art. 71; 2005, No. 5, Art. 122, No. 13, Art. 229; 2007, No. 27, Art. 367; 2008, N№5-8, of Art. 78; 2009, No. 39, Art. 550) such changes:

1) in Article 1:

in Item 1 of the word and the offer "to mothers who gave rise five and more children and brought up them to six-year age. At the same time the children adopted in the procedure established by the law" are considered to exclude;

include Item 8 of such content:
