About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning activities of scientific parks

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the paragraph the second article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 15, Art. 99; 1998, No. 18, Art. 88; 1999, No. 29, Art. 239; 2002, No. 2, Art. 5, No. 30, Art. 205; 2004, No. 50, Art. 539, No. 51, Art. 547; 2009, 51, the Art. 757) words to "partners of scientific parks" shall be replaced with words No. to "scientific parks and their partners".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About scientific parks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 51, the Art. 757):

1) in Article 1:

paragraph two after words of "participation conditions" to add with words of "subjects of housekeeping";

to add the paragraph of the seventh after the words "necessary for accomplishment" with words "the scientific park and its partners", and after the word of "project" - words of "the scientific park";

3) in Article 15:
