Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 940 "About approval of the State target defense program of utilization of regular types of the ammunition not suitable for subsequent use and storage, for 20082017 years" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 82, Art. 2765; 2010, No. 46, the Art. 1500) and of September 29, 2010 No. 874 "About approval of the State target program of utilization of components of liquid rocket fuel for 2010-2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 74, the Art. 2618) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 22, 2008 No. 940:
"Ministry of Economics", "Ministry of Industrial Policy", National Space Agency in all cases to replace 1) in Items 2-4 of the word respectively with words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade", "State Agency on Management of the State Corporate Laws and Property", "State Space Agency" in the corresponding case;
2) in the State target defense program of utilization of regular types of the ammunition not suitable for subsequent use and storage, for 2008-2017, approved by the specified resolution:
in item 4 of appendix 1 to the Program of the word "Minprompolitiki and NKAU" shall be replaced with words "The agency of state property and GKA";
