About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine of 04.11.2010 No. 2677-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials)" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Chapter 3 of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.07.2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.08.2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) to add with new Item of such content:

"3.10. The bank shall provide to bodies of the public executive service according to the procedure and in the cases determined in article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", information on the state of the account of the particular legal entity or the physical person, the physical person - the subject of business activity which contains information on availability or account termination, on remaining balance of means on the account, about arrest on means which are on the account, about stop of account account transactions.

Information specified in paragraph one of this Item is submitted in time, established by the state contractor according to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding".

2. To legal department (V. V. Novikov) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.
