1. Approve Changes in some orders which are attached.
2. (Romensky D. V.) to provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
