About increase in pensions and modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2010 No. 544
For the purpose of additional material support of pensioners I decide:
1. Since August 1, 2011:
1.1. make adjustment of the actual earnings of pensioners and recalculation of work pensions proceeding from the average salary of workers in the republic for the II quarter 2011;
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 16.01.2014 No. 39
2. Since November 1, 2011 to make adjustment of the actual earnings of pensioners and recalculation of work pensions proceeding from the average salary of workers in the republic for III quarter 2011.
3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2010 No. 544 "About increase in pensions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 261, 1/12045) the following changes:
third Item 1 to exclude the paragraph;
to exclude from Item 2 of the word "and monthly surcharge to social pensions".
4. In the sizes established in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of this Decree to finance expenses on recalculation of work pensions and payment of social pensions by fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
