1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of carrying out compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 23.12.2004 No. 3178, the following changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.12.2004 for No. 1654/10253,:
1.1. To state paragraph two of subitem 2.1.3 of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"The applicant for date of submission of documents for licensing shall have no outstanding measures of influence and/or the sanction for violation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing", applied Gosfinuslug which term of accomplishment came.".
