About modification of the Procedure for registration, issue, use, accounting and the reporting concerning permissions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) to transportation of goods by road transport between member countries of EKMT
According to articles 54 and 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of permissions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport to transportation of goods by road transport between member countries of EKMT I ORDER:
1. Bring in Chapter 2 of the Procedure for registration, issue, use, accounting and reporting concerning permissions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) to transportation of goods by road transport between member countries of EKMT approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 20.08.2004 No. 757, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.08.2004 for No. 1076/9675, such changes:
1.1. To state paragraph two of Item 2.6 in such edition:
"Information on permissions of EKMT withdrawn for the inefficient use, use with violation of the current legislation which is voluntarily returned by carriers before the termination of effective period, and also remained unallotted by results of the held competition will monthly be promulgated on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine. For the term which remained before the end of action of the specified permissions and for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of their use the tender committee in the presence of the submitted applications of carriers can make the decision concerning issue of permissions of EKMT to these carriers with use of reserve forms of such permissions. The solution of tender committee is drawn up by the protocol and moves on approval to the First Deputy Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine.".
