Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of housing stock in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic Kyrgyzstan, 1991, No. 22, the Art. 692) the following amendment:
to add part 2 of Article 4 with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:
"to the single parent (the replacing his face) with the child or children aged up to 18 years;
to the families having the handicapped child of I or II groups;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
