About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes and amendments:

1. In all text of the Code of the word "Fund of Redistribution of Agricultural Holdings", "fund of redistribution of agricultural holdings" and "fund of redistribution" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "The state fund of agricultural holdings" in the corresponding cases.

2. In Article 1:

"2-4) the degraded parcels of land of agricultural purpose - the parcels of land which lost the initial useful properties to the condition excluding possibility of their effective use on purpose;";

"3-2) state and social needs - the requirements connected with ensuring national security, environmental protection and objects of historical and cultural heritage, placement and servicing of objects with social, manufacturing, transportation, engineering and arkhitekturnostroitelny documentation, development of mineral deposits, implementation of international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic;".

3. In Article 8:

to add Item 2 after the words "for use of the earth" with words ", except for pastures";

Item 3 after the words "under lease" to add with the words "except for pastures".

4. Add Article 26 with Item 3 following of content:

"3. The degraded parcels of land of the State fund of agricultural holdings can be provided in lease to rural producers, business entities according to the provision developed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

5. To add Item 1 of Article 73 with paragraphs the second - the seventh the following content:
