About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.

Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 1997 No. 1813 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the parcel of land to owners of rooms (members) of condominium" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, No. 57, the Art. 512):

according to the procedure of provision of the parcel of land to owners of rooms (members) of condominium, approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The right of common property of members of condominium to the parcel of land (the right of general land use) is subject to registration according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation about state registration of the rights to real estate.".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16.07.2015 No. 542
