Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 19, 2010 N 100 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for recalculation of pensions according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 15, 2010 of N UP-4253 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits" (рег. N 2158 of November 20, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 47, the Art. 441).
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
