1. No. 977 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 14.11.2013
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.06.2024 No. 418
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2003 No. 1690 "About approval of the Approximate regulations on medical sobering-up station" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 2, 5/13590).
4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Finance to develop and approve:
account form on expense recovery for content of persons placed in medical sobering-up station of law-enforcement body;
accounting treatment and write-offs of maintenance costs of persons placed in medical sobering-up station of law-enforcement body.
5. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
