About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 307

Based on subitem 3.4 of Item 3 and in pursuance of the paragraph of third Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 "About questions of enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 307

1. Determine that:

1.1. the amount of expense recovery on content of persons placed in the specialized isolation center of law-enforcement body (further - expenses), constitutes 2,5 of basic size;

1.2. the account of law-enforcement body on expense recovery in the form established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs is issued to person placed in the specialized isolation center of law-enforcement body (further - the specialized insulator), in case of its release from the specialized insulator;

1.3. expenses are refunded by person placed in the specialized isolation center in voluntary procedure in case of receipt of the account specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item or no later than one month from the date of release from the specialized insulator are transfered by such person to account on accounting of budgetary funds of relevant organ of internal affairs.

Acceptance of money on account of expense recovery is performed according to the legislation.

In case of not expense recovery according to part one of this subitem their collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive text of the notary;

1.4. the means which arrived on account of expense recovery are listed by law-enforcement bodies in the income of the republican budget on account of compensation for expenses of the budget no later than 5 working days from the date of their receipt.
