About modification of the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media, Regulations on state registration of news agencies as subjects of information activities

1. Bring in the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 21.02.2006 No. 12/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.02.2006 for No. 173/12047 (with changes), such changes:

1.1." (Further - the Law)" to add Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 after words with words and figures of "The regulations on the Public registration service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 401".

1.2. To state Item 2.4 of Chapter 2 in such edition:

"2.4. The registering body has the right to request from the founder (cofounders) submission of documents by which civil legal capacity, civil capacity to act of the founder (cofounders) is confirmed.

For the legal entity such documents are:

1) copies of the statement from the Unified state register, the charter (provision), the foundation agreement, attested notarially;
