About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About meetings, meetings, demonstrations and peaceful marches"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 22, 1998 "About meetings, meetings, demonstrations and peaceful marches" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 10, the Art. 109) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the name of the Law and the name of Article 1 of the word "peaceful marches" and "peaceful marches" respectively shall be replaced with words "street processions" and "street processions".

2. Add the law with preamble of the following content:

"This Law governs the public relations arising when holding meetings, meetings, demonstrations, piketirovaniye and street processions in the Republic of Tajikistan.".

4. In Article 1:

- in parts two and third respectively shall be replaced with words words of "demonstrations" and "Demonstration" "actions" and "Action".

5. In Article 2 to replace the word of "demonstrations" with the word of "actions".

6. State Article 3 in the following edition:

"Article 3. Basic concepts

In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
