1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, change, termination of investment contracts with Republic of Belarus;

Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of investment contracts with the Republic of Belarus;

Regulations on procedure for approval of the inventory (works, services), the property rights acquired (imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus) and used for designing constructions (reconstruction), equipment of the objects provided in the investment project realized according to the investment contract with the Republic of Belarus.
