1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State committee of communication of Ukraine of 22.08.97 No. 124 "About approval of Regulations of amateur radio communication of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine 27.11.97 for No. 564/2368;

the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of 19.02.2001 No. 22 "About approval of changes and amendments in Regulations of amateur radio communication of Ukraine", is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.03.2001 for No. 196/5387;

the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 132 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications for provision of services of the fixed international, long distance, local telephone communication with the right of maintenance and operation of telecommunication networks and provision in use of channels of telecommunication", registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine 05.08.2004 for No. 977/9576.

2. To submit to legal management of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
