1. Approve the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Approve form for representation of request for receipt of public information which is attached.
3. Place the Procedure for creation and representation of requests for public information which manager is the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine, and form for representation of request for receipt of public information on the website of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from day of its official publication.
