1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions electronically.

2. Determine that the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation:

is the state customer of works on forming and ensuring functioning of the infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions (further - interaction infrastructure), entering infrastructure of the electronic government;

coordinates works on connection of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services to interaction infrastructure;

is operator of the state information systems which are part of infrastructure of interaction;

carries out monitoring of functioning of infrastructure of interaction.

performs functions on technological support of functioning of the Russian Public Initiative Internet resource.

2(1). Determine that the non-profit organization authorized on implementation of the functions provided by Rules of consideration of the public initiatives directed by the citizens of the Russian Federation with use of the Russian Public Initiative Internet resource approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 4, 2013 No. 183, ensures functioning of the Russian Public Initiative Internet resource, except for implementation of functions on technological support of its functioning.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2012 commissioning of the state information systems which are part of infrastructure of interaction.
