1. Bring in the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 29.09.2009 No. 1129 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer of the bearer shares issued by the issuer in documentary form in nominal shares", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.01.2010 for No. 115/17410, such changes:
1.1. Paragraphs two and third Item 2 to state in such edition:
"if the authorized capital of joint-stock company before entry into force by the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" was created only by release(s) of bearer shares, transfer of the bearer shares issued by the issuer in documentary form in nominal shares is made only on condition of immobilization and transfer on storage to the depositary elected by joint-stock company it is at least 75% of all placed shares to bearer without redeemed;
