About some questions of notarial activities

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for satisfaction of indisputable requirements:

1. Determine that notaries with observance of procedure and the conditions provided by legal acts make executive texts about collection:

on demand, based on protest of the bill of exchange in the non-payment, the non-acceptance and not dating of the acceptance made by the notary;

with physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, taxes, charges (duties) and penalty fee, debt on compulsory insurance premiums and penalty fee in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus;

the salary added, but not paid to the worker;

expenses on search of the defendant, debtor, person which disappeared from the body conducting criminal procedure;

insurance premiums (insurance premiums) under agreements of compulsory insurance in case of refusal from their payment, debt on them, penalties, penalty fee;

debts on agreements of hire, the lease of personal estate on condition of determination of the rent in firm payment amount brought periodically or one-timely about rendering communication services, penalties (penalty, penalty fee) in connection with such debt if its payment is stipulated by the legislation or the agreement;

on demand, based on the credit agreement, other agreement containing essential conditions of the credit agreement, debt, penalty (penalty, penalty fee) in connection with such debt if its payment is stipulated by the legislation or the agreement;

from physical persons for benefit of the organizations of health care of the means spent for delivery of health care by the victim on the considered criminal cases on which the conviction is decided;
