In the paragraph the twenty ninth Item 8 and the paragraph the eleventh Item 14 of the Regulations on Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40, of the word of "debt on compulsory insurance premiums and penalty fee" shall be replaced with words "shortages and penalty fee".
