About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population

3. To heads of subordinated and territorial subdivisions according to Regulations of the Ministry to develop and approve operating procedure of the relevant structural division in a month.
4. To department of documentary providing and administrative support:
- organize work on studying of provisions of these Regulations by employees of structural divisions of central office and subordinated divisions of the Ministry;
- bring this order to structural and subordinated divisions of the Ministry.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 13, 2009 No. 85 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic".
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the secretary of state of the Ministry B. Zhekshenov.

1. The ministry is the state body of the executive authority performing social policy in the field of social protection of socially unprotected categories of the citizens, families and children who are in difficult life situation.
2. The ministry in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, decrees and orders of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, resolutions and orders of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Regulations on the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population, and also these Regulations.
Activities of the Ministry are based on the principles of legality, collective nature, publicity and openness, providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen, responsibility for the activities.
3. The ministry within the powers will organize execution of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and exercises systematic control of their execution by divisions, takes measures for elimination of violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. The ministry has the right to make explanations, concerning the published regulatory legal acts on the authorized Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to questions.
5. The ministry is headed by the minister of the Kyrgyz Republic of social protection of the population (далееМинистр) which bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the functions assigned to the Ministry and determines the main activities of the Ministry.
The minister organizes work of the Ministry, presides over meetings and meetings of board of the Ministry, gives instructions to the secretary of state, deputy ministers and heads of structural, subordinated and territorial subdivisions, organizations of the Ministry, controls and requests their reports on the done work.
