According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 186-XV of April 24, 2003 about assessment of conformity of products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 141-145, to the Art. 566), for ensuring implementation of the Order of the Government "About Change of Appendix to the Order of the Government No. 226 of February 29, 2008" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on general procedure on assessment of conformity of construction products, according to appendix.
2. The regulations on general procedure on assessment of conformity of construction products become effective after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova of the Order of the Government "About Change of Appendix to the Order of the Government No. 226 of February 29, 2008".
3. To provide to management of construction, construction materials and modern technologies the publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Mr. Anatoly Zolotkov, the deputy minister.
