About some questions of further enhancement of criminal executive system of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2011 "About penal system of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 129
1. Rename Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee).
2. No. 1003 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 02.09.2011
3. Transfer the organizations which are under authority of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining Committee according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
4. No. 1003 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 02.09.2011
5. Rename public institution "Academy of Committee of ugolovnoispolnitelny system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" into public institution "Academy of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
6. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) No. 1003 is excluded according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 02.09.2011
2) together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.
8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
