1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on expansion since June 1, 2011 of the list of types of activity on which the extreme annual average number of employees of small enterprises increases from 50 to 100 people, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 31.01.2017 No. UP-4940
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries, departments and the organizations to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the standard constituent documents necessary for state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship in a month.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 31.01.2017 No. UP-4940
