For the purpose of increase in efficiency of customs control and making of customs transactions concerning the goods imported on the territory of the Russian Federation, and the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation, unambiguous identification and classification of goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - FEACN CU), realization of item 4 of article 224 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 N 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 48, to the Art. 6252) and Instructions about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 N 257 "About instructions for filling of customs declarations and forms of customs declarations" (daleeinstruktion), I order:

Determine that for goods which codes and names according to FEACN CU are specified in the appendix N 1 to this order the description provided at number 1 in column 31 of the declaration on goods (DT) "Cargo pieces and the description of goods" shall without fail, in addition to other data which specifying is provided by the Instruction, to contain data according to the appendix N 1 to this order.
