About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 1998 No. 30
Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records of workers approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 1998 No. 30 (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1998, No. 11; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 54, 8/3514; 2006, No. 111, 8/14699; 2008, No. 31, 8/17849; 2009, No. 1, 8/20094), following changes:
1.1. in Item 11 part one:
in the paragraph the second the word "name" shall be replaced with words "own name";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"data on preparation, retraining and advanced training;";
1.2. third Item 12 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"about time of receipt of professional, secondary vocational, higher and postgraduate education in day form of education, additional education of adults in organizations of education and other organizations, at individual entrepreneurs who according to the legislation are granted the right to perform educational activities;";
