About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the organization of cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraph two of Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2006 No. 211 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 55, 8/15627), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. from part two of Item 1 of the word "determinations of signs of solvency of cash," to exclude;

1.2. state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. At cash desks of bank for public inspection are located the list of signs of solvency of banknotes of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the list of signs of solvency of banknotes in foreign currency established by bank according to requirements of foreign banks or intermediary banks with which the relevant agreements, and also the announcement that the statement for shortage, identification of the not payment banknotes and banknotes having strong indications of counterfeit, or banknotes which authenticity raises doubts (further - doubtful banknotes) is not subject to satisfaction if cash was not counted by the client in the presence of the representative for this bank representative are signed.";

1.3. third of Item 12 to state part in the following edition:

"All employees of service of collection who are part of crews on collection of cash revenue and (or) transportation of values bear collective liability according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus for safety of the values collected and (or) transported by them.";
