About enhancement of system of allowing procedures and the state supervision in the field of town-planning activities
For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the legislation on town planning, increase in efficiency of activities of state bodies in case of implementation of town-planning documentation, forming of modern look and implementation of complex building of settlements, the Cabinet of Ministers decides simplifications of allowing procedures when implementing town-planning activities, and also ensuring efficiency of maintaining the State town-planning inventory and strengthening of legal status of territorial authorities of the state architectural and construction supervision:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 31.07.2018 No. 603
2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. A. Hodzhayev.
