3. To technical and junior service personnel of healthcare institutions, educations and cultures relating to system of law enforcement agencies, Armed Forces and other military forming of the Kyrgyz Republic the allowance for complexity, quality and results of work in the amount of 25 percent from official pay rate is established.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
