the equipment (access nodes) of VoIP operators (Internet telephony) at the long-distance level;

2) the omission the attaching telecom operators:

local telephone traffic from networks of telecommunications of the attached telecom operators;

telephone traffic with (on) the equipment (access nodes) of the attached Iptelefonii operators (Internet telephony).".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
