Questions of the Authorized President of Ukraine by the child's rights

For the purpose of providing proper conditions for realization civil, the economic, social and cultural rights of children in Ukraine, in view of need of special care of the child, on accomplishment of the international obligations by Ukraine in the field of the rights of the child and according to article 102 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

1. Determine that implementation by the President of Ukraine of powers on ensuring compliance with constitutional rights of the child is provided to Representatives of the President of Ukraine for the child's rights.

2. Approve Regulations on the Authorized President of Ukraine by the child's rights which are applied.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.07.2014 No. 592/2014

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.07.2014 No. 592/2014

5. To public administration by cases to take in accordance with the established procedure the measures following from this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
