1. Approve the Procedure for application of customs regime of transit which is applied.
2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of control of cargo delivery in customs of appointment approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.12.98 of N 771, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.01.99 for N 42/3335 (with changes), the following changes:
in Chapter 7:
state Item 7.1 in the following edition:
"7.1. The decision on change of customs regime is made by customs in which zone of activities there are goods concerning which the customs regime changes.";
exclude Items 7.2-7.4.
With respect thereto to consider Items 7.5-7.9 respectively Items 7.2-7.6;
exclude Items 7.3-7.6.
