1. Enter monitoring of large taxpayers of the Republic of Kazakhstan since May 1, 1999.

2. Approve:

1) the List of the large taxpayers who are subject to monitoring of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Ministry (Appendix 1);

2) Regulations on monitoring of large taxpayers (Appendix 2);

3) the Management on monitoring of large taxpayers (Appendix 3);

4) Management of users of programs (Appendix 4).

3. The executive in charge for carrying out monitoring in the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan to determine Department of large taxpayers (Tleulesov B. Zh.).

4. The executive in charge for information support of monitoring in the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan to determine Department of information technologies (Amanzholov R. A.).

5. To department of informatization (Amanzholov R. A.) provide information security of the taxpayers who are official secret with restriction of access for persons to the specified information.

6. To territorial tax authorities, Committee of tax police of MGD RK and its territorial authorities to make tax audits of the large taxpayers included in the List according to Appendix 1, according to orders of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the approved subject.

7. To impose control of execution of this order on the Vice-Minister Nurpeisov K. A.
