For the purpose of enhancement of order of registration and conducting registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on order of registration and conducting registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2010 No. 1225 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 209, 5/32382), the following amendment and change:
1.1. the paragraph third Item 2 after the words "Items of social adaptation and resocialization" and "Items" to add respectively with words ", the centers of temporary stay" and "(centers)";
1.2. exclude Item 6.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
