1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22712; 2009, No. 82, 5/29522; 2010, No. 134, 5/31941), following amendments and change:

1.1. to add subitem 3.2 of Item 3 with words ", including by means of the organization and carrying out capital repairs and thermal upgrade of the state and private housing stocks";

1.2. add Item 6 with subitem 6.3 of the following content:

"6.3. economic societies, shares (shares in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control Minzhilkomkhoza.";

1.3. in appendix to this Provision:
