The government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
based on the Agreement on the Customs union of January 20, 1995, the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999, the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007,
understanding need of further development of the mutually advantageous, fair and oriented to the market system of trade in agricultural products,
for the purpose of ensuring coordination of line items of state members of the Customs union in case of accession to the World Trade Organization,
being guided by the principles of international law,
agreed about the following:
1. Subject of this agreement is establishment of rules of implementation of the state support of producers of agricultural goods.
2. This agreement acts on the territory of the Common economic space of the states of the Parties and is applied to the goods specified in appendix No. 1, being integral part of this agreement, (further - agricultural goods).
The concepts used in this agreement mean the following:
"administrative and territorial units" - subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) the area of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan (including Minsk, Astana and Almaty);
