About approval of the Procedure for debt write-off for natural gas and electrical energy
According to Item 2.5 of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of debt for the consumed natural gas and electrical energy" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for debt write-off for natural gas and electrical energy which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry:
submit within a month after the end of procedure of debt write-off for natural gas and electrical energy to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information on results of debt write-off;
together with the National commission of regulation of power industry to take measures to unconditional accomplishment by subjects of managing who perform supply of natural gas on regulated rate and are participants of the procedure of debt write-off, requirements of subitem 2.1.2 of Item 2.1 of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of debt for the consumed natural gas and electrical energy" concerning transfer of means which arrive from consumers for debt repayment for the consumed natural gas and are considered by condition for January 1 in 2010, on the separate current account of the specified subjects and control of target use of such means only for accomplishment of investing programs.
