Approve the Order of registration of the place of residence or stay of homeless persons which is applied.

Order of registration of the place of residence or stay of homeless persons

1. Registration of the place of residence or stay of homeless person (further - registration) is performed by entering into the passport document or the document confirming legality of accommodation in the territory of Ukraine, data on the place of residence or stay of homeless person with indication of the location of the center of accounting of homeless persons where it is on accounting, or institutions for homeless persons where the temporary haven is provided to it.

2. Registration is performed by territorial authorities and divisions of GMS (further - registration authorities).

3. For registration homeless person gives:

1) the statement for registration in form according to appendix 1;

2) the copy of the certificate of its capture on the corresponding accounting;

3) the passport document or the document which confirms legality of accommodation in the territory of Ukraine;

4) receipt on payment of the state fee or document on release from its payment.
