According to the Item "shch-3" of part one of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff" and Item 19 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine of goods (except excisable) for construction and equipment of the airports which are objects of final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer in Ukraine which (transactions on which import) are exempted from payment of import duty and taxation on value added which is applied.
2. Provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade from day of the introduction in operation of this resolution issue of certificates that certain goods are not made in Ukraine in a month or is made, but does not answer world-class technical characteristics.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
